Kingfisher Bluez is an artist collective and DIY record label based in Vancouver, B.C.

Established in 2008, we specialize in releasing small-run records by artists that share a like-minded experimental approach to making weird, warm, music. We also do occasional shows and some other pretty fun stuff.

My name is Tim the mute and I play music and do paperwork. Kingfisher Bluez is a group of artists that collaborate and make music together. We are all friends and we want to be friends with you and have you listen to our music and read our blog and hang out with us until it gets really dark.

Thank you for your interest, I will try to make your ears, eyes, and heart happy.
